Replacement inserts are clear acrylic.
Broken or cracked calls sent in with damaged part are replaced for no charge. The only cost will be the return shipping fee of $8.00. This is an effective lifetime warranty that follows the call, not the owner.
Lost parts will include the replacement fee + shipping cost of $8.00. (If a broken part is not provided it is considered lost.)
Return shipping must be paid upfront to cover the cost of sending your call back once the claim has been completed. This fee is specifically for returning your call after we've completed the necessary work.
After filling out the packing slip and paying, please securely box the call(s) and send them to us with a tracking number. Please note, you are responsible for shipping the call to us.
ALL PARTS are required for inspection. If you do not send us all of the parts the service will not be completed.
